Job Responsibilities:
*Maintain the process of the soft pack battery cell line in the joint laboratory, participate in battery cell design and new process development.
*Identify and verify risks for mass production transfer, validate mass production process optimization, and create related process documentation.
*Manage on-site safety.
*Perform other tasks assigned by department leaders.
Job Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials, Physics, Electrochemistry, or related fields; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
*Proficiency or familiarity with front-end processes of soft pack or cylindrical cells, such as slurry mixing/coating (front-end process development and operation experience is a necessary condition), with at least 1 year of practical front-end process operation experience.
*Over 2 years of related experience in lithium battery/cell processes or battery/cell R&D (development).
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong execution ability.
